Review of Lose The Back Pain Ebook

A few days ago, while surfing for some back strengthening exercises, I suddenly stumbled across this site about losing back pain

Obviously, I started reading and watching the videos and I was hooked within a few minutes. It should be no secret that to actually get the real juicy “secrets”, you’d have to buy the book. Fortunately, Lose The Back pain is an eBook, so you can literally start reading just a few minutes after you place your order… (this also means that there’s a 60-day money back guarantee, but more on that later).

The salespage itself is very informative and just from reading what’s on there and seeing the free videos, you’ll probably learn something new, about thoracic pack pain and how to avoid it.

In short, the whole concept here is that the “real” reason you have back pains, has to do with improper back exercises and doctor’s lack of knowledge…

I can’t say whether this is true or not (at least not for everyone), but the system has gotten great feedback, take a look at some reviews I found elsewhere:

Johnny Carter, from backpainfastcure.com says:

All these exercises are in video format so need not worry about issues like unclear instructions because you’ll be given step by step guidance starting from the very first step- Identifying which muscles that should be strengthened until the last step where the exercises therapies commence. All in video, audio and pdf format.

Jesse Cannone, from fitnessatlantic.com says:

If you suffer from back pain or sciatica, The Lose The Back Pain System is without a doubt the most effective, comprehensive and result-producing program you’ll ever come across. Jesse Cannone’s best-selling system addresses the “hidden cause” of back pain. Rather than simply relieving the symptoms as almost all other forms of treatment do (chiropractors, doctors, anti-inflammatory pills), this program addresses the root cause of virtually all lower back problems: muscle imbalances.

Jasmine Ann, from squidoo.com says:

I am thanking “lose the back pain “system because it helped me get my life back. That sounds dramatic and it was. I was at the point where I was spending most of my time at home, unable to walk much , drive, do anything I needed to do let alone what I wanted to do and I was becoming depressed.

Again, there’s no guarantee that this’ll work for everyone and in fact, I also found some people who didn’t get anything out of the program, fortunately, this is where the 60-day money back guarantee kicks in.

Now, back to the course itself….

The Lose the Back Pain system consists of a lot of stuff to help you get your back fixed:

  • 2 Lose the back pain videos
  • 3 Lose the back pain audios (mp3)
  • The lose the back pain manual (117 pages)
  • A personal workbook
  • And unlimited personal support

I guess you could say that there’s something for everyone in here and the chances that THIS is what you need to get your rid of thoracic back pain is quite large…

However, I urge you to go the official lose the back pain website and see for yourself if the symptoms fit you…

If you have any experiences with Lose the Back Pain (good or bad), please leave a comment…

Essential upper back exercises that will improve your posture

If you want to strengthen your upper back you will need a good set of back exercises. Exercising your back is great for improving your posture and relieving tension from your upper back.

The important thing here, is that it must never hurt when you are performing upper back exercises. The moves you perform should be at blend of strength-, flexibility- and body-awareness exercises. When performing the exercises, you should feel the tension slowly disappear.

If you don’t have the money or time to see a therapist several times a week, you should focus on getting a program to strengthen your back, that you can perform when you are at home. It is also important, that you never use any kind of external weight, when doing back exercises. If you have a weak back already, you can seriously injure and hurt yourself if you are not careful.

If you don’t already see a physiotherapist regularly and want to get started with back exercises on your own, you should at least see your doctor before you begin. I realize, that not everyone will do this… if you don’t take these precautions, you should at least pay very close attention to your body – and especially your back – when during the back exercises.

Anyway, strengthening your back will increase the stability around your spinal cord. It will also take the pressure off the joints and increase mobility. Obviously, during any kind of back exercises, will increase the muscles in your back and hand if done correctly, it can decrease back pain a great deal.

Even if you don’t have a weak back, I’ll still recommend doing back exercises regularly. The muscles in your back supports your spine and your spine has to be strong, because it carries all the weight from your upper body. That’s why back exercises are so important. It doesn’t matter how old you are or in which condition your back is in right now. If you don’t take care of your back, you will feel the consequences at some point in your life.

Does Your Back Hurt When You Wake In The Morning – Discover The Reason For Nightly Back Pains!

Thousands of people all over the world deals with back pains at night. That can be just as many reasons as there are people for this.

In this article, we will look at some of the stuff you can do to get a better night’s sleep and will also take a brief look at some of the most common reasons for nightly back pains.

Probably the most common reason for back pain has to do with compressed discs. When you wake up in the morning, after you have lied down all night, the discs in your back are actually larger than they are in the day. This has something to do with the fact that when you lie down at night the discs are not compressed and therefore they absorb water and therefore they increase in size.

When you wake up and walk around, the discs in your back become compressed again. If you experience back pain and a regular basis, you probably know the feeling of the pressure being taken off when you live down. Sometimes it’s even like the pressure only comes off when you lie down. In some cases, this is not just a feeling of an actual fact.

The thing is, that compressed discs are not as good as transferring the force and therefore all the motions that’s happening in your body when you walk around and do you daily activities, gets transferred right down into the bones of your spine. I probably dont have to tell you this, but this is a very painful experience.

If this pattern continues for long enough, it can lead to severe damage off your back. First of all, the actual structure of your spine gets altered and even the nerve roots can become damaged. When the nerves gets pinched between your discs, it feels like a very sharp and stabbing pain. Sometimes, you can even feel a numbness in the affected area.

So, what can you do to prevent this? The very first thing you should do is to drink lots of water. Think of it this way; the discs in your spine loves water. Drinking lots of water will keep your spine, and the rest of your body, well hydrated. In many cases, drinking enough water is usually enough to stop the upper back pains.

If drinking lots of water is not enough to keep the pain away, strengthening the muscles in your back can help you live a more painless life. Obviously, there are lots of other treatments available and sometimes it can take quite a while to find the one that works for you.

Thoracic Back Pain

Doctors call it thoracic back pain. The rest of us, call it upper back pain. Almost every adult person has had this type of aching pain at one point of his or her life. In most cases, the reason for the back pain comes from stressing the upper part of the attack. However, in some cases it can be a bit more serious. Sometimes, thoracic back pains come from a slipped disc or something similar.

In our time and age, adults are a lot less active than we were just a few years ago. Most of us have jobs that require us to sit down for almost the entire day. We work in front of a computer screen and only a small percentage of us have ergonomically correct working environments. This puts enormous stress on our upper backs, because the muscles in the thoracic back are not as strong as the ones in the lower part of the back.

Right now, trying to take notice of in which position you sure those are. If your shoulders are a little high then you are putting enormous pressure on your shoulder and neck muscles. Keeping your shoulders high all the time will give you pain in your upper back.

The only way to get rid of back pains is to be aware of how you are using the muscles in your back. You should take notice of your shoulders, several times a day. If you sure those are not in a relaxed position, then you need to throw them back down. Try to imagine that you are carrying two heavy grocery bags, one with each hand. This should help you lower your shoulders and that by listening to strain on your upper back area.

If you keep experiencing pain in your upper back, even after paying attention to your shoulders, work environment and daily habits, then you should consider getting a training program that is specially designed towards your upper back. You can always take the easy route out, and go to your doctor and get a subscription for some painkillers. However, that’s a really, really bad solution and it will only make your problem worse in the long run.

What Can You Do If You Have Had A Back Injury – How To Overcome Upper Back Pain

There can be many reasons for upper back pain, for example a sudden injury or trauma. But, back pain can also come from not keeping your back straight was sitting in front of a computer in a weird position, every day in a very long time. If you have other back pain, it’s likely that this is accompanied by pain in the neck and shoulder.

Most of the time, upper back pain comes from either joint dysfunction or muscular irritation.

Muscular irritation

Your shoulder is attached to your shoulder blade by the large muscles in your upper back. These muscles gets easily irritated and it can be very hard to get rid of such a pain. In most cases, this kind of back pain is caused by lack of strength or doing work in weird positions, over a long period of time.

There are many treatments available for this kind of back pain. The most common one consists of lots of stretching and training exercises. This is because, that the pain comes from the large muscles in your back.

Joint dysfunction

All the bones in your body are somehow connected to each other. For example, your rips are connected to your spine and if there are any dysfunction in those joints it will cause unbearable about back pain.

If this is the case, the most common treatment is manual manipulation which will help you mobilize your joints and increase your level of comfort. In the long run, to get relief you would need some kind of exercise program for your back. Such an exercise program can be made so that you can use it at your own home. Most of the time, such a program will include stretching and strengthening off your muscles. Another good way to get relief from your back pain, is to do aerobic exercises.

In some extreme cases, you would need to take medicine for your pain. I’m no doctor, so I won’t recommend any medication over the other. However, I’ve heard that anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen should be very good. You should be aware, though, that taking medication for your back pain isn’t a good solution in the long run. You’ll most likely end up having a worse back then you are having now.
